Amazing East African/ Middleastern food! I'm a foodie and love all kinds of food, but I can honestly say this little place had me back immediately 20 miles, just to get more from their delicious sauces and ask for their food. Very friendly and reasonable, especially as they give you enough food for 2-3 meals in one session. I'm obsessed!
We had the chicken and goats with basalm safron rice. It was absolutely delicious! Get the little plate if you're not really hungry. The portions are huge! Somali tea was so delicious. Friendly staff... give this to your choice to eat the next time in Aberdeen!
Cosy. Before you understand what you're getting into. It is a very small dining room with the chef waiting for you. The dining area is attached to a very small market where you pay. The menu is limited, but homemade. Since the food takes a long time to make it all prepared, so the service time will be in minutes.
I had the Federation. It has Goat and Camel with rice, noodles, small lettuce salad. This is a lot of food for $12. Fast and friendly service. I love the Somali Tea, it has spice and kinda reminds me chi tea.
