I took their Teriyaki and suprised with teasty and quality which was better than famous Japanese Sushi place. Fresh vegetable and special source of meat are really awesome. Please go to try eat. And also, they are using famous bread to make sandwiches. Most of all, The homemade soup is really wonderful !!! especially Split pea, Beef barley amd Wanton noodle. WOW AWESOME PLACE in Abbotsford.
I knew about this restaurant a long time ago, but recently they had a banner up saying it is under new management, so I decided to give it a go. And I gotta say, they just got themselves a regular customer. Their california rolls are just as good, if not better than most places in Abby, while being 75 cents cheaper than most places! And their coffee was fresh and hot when I visited there. I really liked what they did with the place, and the owner was friendly. Highly recommended, go try it out.If I had to name something negative about my experience, I guess it's that the restaurant was a tiny bit warn, wish they had it A/C.
The owners, friends of ours, sold it because they were exhausted. The new owners changed all the popular recipes, and now it's lousy. They should have known better, and stuck to what made Koot's a local favourite in the first place!
The pizza was delicious and filling, two slices were enough to satisfy me. The toppings were generous and I particularly enjoyed the thicker crust.
I have had this restaurant on my list of places to try for a while now, and I finally had the opportunity today to check it off.
