Bhav's Indian Cuisine And Sweet Shop

This was our first time trying Bharv's. We ordered the vegetable pakora, butter chicken, garlic naan and basmati rice. All the dishes were fresh tasting with levels of amazing flavour. All very good to excellent although the chicken tikka was wow and excellent! My partner said it was the best Indian food he has had. We have dined at most, if not all of the East Indian restaurants in Abbotsford numerous times. Bharv's is the best in Abby. I would recommend this food for take out as the interior has no ambience. Service was very friendly.

I went to bhav not knowing what to expect,and it wuz by far best east indian food ive ever had in my life. ive travelled everywhere and this hands down wuz the best ive ever had. .The FOOD NETWORK needs to hit him up hes one of the greats hidden . everything wuz perect rice naan butter chicken samosas it wuz amazeing the lamb curry is good the fish is good also . very authentic

Great place to eat or get take out from. My partner and I will continue to go back and back. Food is excellent and so is their garlic naan! Highly recommend.

My granddaughters never get tired of eating here and recently we put in two appearances in one week. It really is that delicious. In fact 90% of the time that we visit, we order dishes to take home as well. The take out is a fantastic deal btw and I highly recommend it. We aren't terribly adventurous, one granddaughter recently embraced vegetarianism so we stick to dishes without meat. Recently we discovered the veggie korma and it was unreal. I've had it other places, but nothing like this. Imagine an ultra delicious sauce and an assortment of perfectly cooked veggies - not frozen mixed vegetables, but fresh ones that still have form and texture! The 9 year old has a birthday this month and guess where she wants to go for dinner? Go, try it, you'll love it!

There is no shortage of Indian food restaurants in the area, but exceptional food is hard to find. Look no farther, Bhav's is truly fantastic! Indian food is far and away my favorite cuisine and I have tried many, many Indian restaurants over the years, - mostly in Calgary. I was concerned about finding a good place when we moved to BC, and my first try in Kitsilano was a big disappointment. Then we found Bhav's in Abbotsford and the search was over. It is honestly the most delicious Indian food I have ever tried. I can't recommend the Shahi paneer highly enough. Start with mildly spiced, it still has heat and a kick to the luscious sauce. The only thing that would make this restaurant better is if they move to Aldergrove. But it's well worth the drive. Yumm!!
