I just tasted the cake of kings (frangipane version) for 6 people. Overall, the recipe is good, the cake is well-stocked (see photo) with authentic and well-controlled cuisine. As for bean, it's a good surprise, not wanting to spoil I let everyone discover. We feel the technique in the realization that gives a very well designed galette. The price is consistent with quality. So I recommend this patisserie.
