Kava Coffee Exchange - Abbeville

Had the hot Mocha today. Very good, better than the major brand from Seattle. Good prices and friendly staff.

I discovered this charming café while visiting town for a funeral, as my dad is from the area and was giving me a tour. The staff there were incredibly friendly! I learned that the place used to be a dance studio and that the owners are locals as well. I ordered an iced almond milk latte, and it was fantastic; I haven't found one that compares since! I didn't try any pastries this time, but I will definitely do so on my next visit, especially since they're made fresh every day!

I had a cappuccino with a double shot since I find that a single shot is usually too milky for my taste. It was delicious, with a smooth flavor that wasn't too strong, and the milk was at the perfect temperature. The coffee was made with locally roasted Malibar Gold beans, which was delightful. I dined in and enjoyed the service as well.

Loved their cinnamon rolls enjoyed a nice little have if checkers there. Nice open, light brought atmosphere. Will go again.
