Domestic - Aarhus C

I and my engaged the first hostile experience in Denmark, and what an experience it was! the concept of using only ingredients from Danish soil, limits the cook, but so that they can be incredibly creatiw in almost unimaginable smart. every court with fermentation was absolutely stellar. any other dish stressed premium Danish products sometime. we saw other tables enjoy a varied selection of crying, but our juice pairing was for us, a special leak, what our experience was the better made the beautiful service; friendly, responsive and willing to us the extra piece brot (because we loved it) with the comment they don't have to eat, but we hope they consume the brot in seconds. everyone who served us seemed really fun to interact with us, as guests the cherry blanket was the court of the kitchen man for my partner. it received its own feed card (on sustainably covered/produced paper) with the new plate printed thereon; soft Bao book with framed mais (the only favorite of the world). simple, but magical.

It was an amazing night the waitress was purely professional in the handling of the hunting and luggage. they also gave perfect lactose free options for me and it tasted great if not better.

Amazing place and eat with a relaxed atmosphere. can be highly recommended. we had no problems making dinner and enjoying the evening sun on their terrace.

A great restaurant that only domestic Danish ingredients used near the center of aarhus. when they see the sign on the road, they go straight through to the end and it is on the right side! we tried the full discovery course with juice pairing. the staff was friendly and attentive and the chef showed the appreciation of the food and the great techniques. very recommend the non-alcoholic pairings and loved the different snacks and desserts. the nets were easy on the salty side, but perhaps suitable for the Danish palette. has several rooms for different vibes and an extensive wine list. recommend to go early week for a quiet experience or later in the week if they prefer to see more people. very recommended and will come back in the future!
