I had lunch at Ticino with my husband today. The food tasted very good, the salad was very fresh as was the pizza! The service was very attentive, top . A very nice restaurant. Recommended!

We were there as a group and had to wait a long time. The pizzas we had really weren't bad. The salad was rather average because of the ready-made sauces. Service was hardly ever noticeable.

It has me in the run of the month to write on our dinner experience so catastrophic and in no restaurant I have ever wanted to call the police. our yearly restaurant ticino waiter was undisputed, unprofessional, rude, insulting and at the end marched into my personal space. start-up at the order in german I also pointed out my menu selection to avoid confusion. I was served what I didn't order and when I explained that, said the resident waiter, I should remember what I ordered and that's right then he left. his harassment continued every time he went by. his comments were inexorable and escalated when he asked why I did not eat my food. I answered again this is not what I ordered he then turned around, bent on the unoccupied side table, confronted me and blew over her so hard I felt his atem to my face and about my teller. my Swiss partner asked that he no longer served us and asked to speak to the manager/owner. the owner (which surely knows) came, followed by the year-old he was immediately loud they are here to provoke or eat out, then went away. their answer to me, oh, they know how Italian men are at this place offered them to replace my dinner I had rejected because of the harassment and I had no more appetit. Finally, our bill has never been adjusted. what I have learned: many thanks to trip advisor and other local reviews sites so that we can share our experiences. I will always review and read their reviews. I will never again occupy a restaurant with only tables with customers when the surrounding restaurants are full. a warning as the water hole with bad water. as a permanent residence in kanton aargau I will never go back and never again family-run restaurant ticino.
