Real American Steakhouse - Aalesund

As far from a Real American steakhouse as you get. Ordered a Jack smoked BBQ burger with fries. I have eaten a lot of burgers before, but here it was far from a good experience. The meat was compact and dry, seemed as if it had been frozen beforehand, and very tasteless. There was barely any dressing at the bottom and a tiny dash of sauce on one end of the burger. What drew the meal up were the fries and the bread (homemade). Offered me to pay 50% of the food to be polite, but here I was only offered an employee discount, which was 10% of the price of the burger alone (17.90 NOK discount). I got grumpy, and finally got a discount of 17.90 fries for 59. Steer away!
