Spicy - Aalborg

Ordered a family pizza. They promised that we could pick up after 15 min. In the order confirmation there were so 40 min. When we came to pick, he was not once started with the pizza. First of all, Spicy is not spicy. One of the pizza I ordered was burnt, the toppings on the other one was from the freezer.
