We let ourselves celebrate 2x60 years with Buhlmann’s Recit and in company with our children and mother-in-law children. Just find the experience full lived up to our expectations. We were terrified from the beginning of the wine cellar to the end of the bar 6 hours later with a little sweet salt-karamel cake where salt was caviar. Exceptionally delicious: the visual impressions of each serving were just as big experience. A great luxury experience with one of our sons's spontaneous description gave tears in the eyes. Recommended over the borders of DK and should wonder that Michelin has not found the way to Scheelsmindevej
A very big experience. Got a warm welcome and was placed on the terrace outside where the heating lights were immediately turned on when my wife seemed cool. Had ordered their 4 appetizers 6 dishes menu. Appetizerne was very beautiful and tasted glorious. They arrived quickly and at the whole roof managed the tiles/the kitchen to maintain a perfect pace throughout the evening. It was many dishes we had to go through and we got time to enjoy each dish. Really. Most of the dishes had an Asian twist that greatly fell into our taste. In the whole, top quality was both in terms of appearance scents and tastes. Only small minus in our character book was the sauce to the main right pousinen. It was too salt in our opinion and overwhelmed the other tastes. But keep up where was everything else perfect. Choosed to go outside the wine menu and got some beautiful glass white wine and a fl. Spanish red wine that suits fine. But next time we will probably advise us with the summer holiday/the restaurant manager she worked out competent. Will we come back yes and it should also be the Michelin guide. And then another thanks to the sweet and attentive servants that made the evening complete
We had ordered Gastronomy 10 menu with upgraded wine menu. We started in the wine cellar with serving champagne and snacks. A bold and intimate experience that laid a good bottom for the rest of the evening. Back upstairs in the restaurant we got a table overlooking the garden. There was an obvious staff who continued the evening and served one exciting right after the other. All in all we had a great experience where both food and service went up into a higher unit.
We had a fantastic lunch, which consisted of the best bread we have had in a long time, Tartar with fries, Nordic salmon with salad, Cheese plate and an absolutely fantastic ice cream dessert. The service is personable and attentive, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience dining at this restaurant. Highly recommended to anyone in Aalborg or North Jutland.
