In the early Saturday evening there was no operation at the restaurant, we were the only guests. And then the grill first scattered, that starts well. with a little calmness the problem was done quickly and we could order. there were local beer and local cola. great! we ordered 3 different burgers and the drinks mentioned. Initially, the communication went in English, my rudimentary Danish skills fade slowly. later the chef came and talked in German. I love the mixed border region. so europa. back to eat. we got marvellous burgers with excellent pommes after a low waiting period. the burgers were fresh, mildly seasoned and the size was enough to get tired. the patty was well roasted, the sobbed the burger all great and also the bun not from the bag. what else to say, nice service, harder and friendly cook, reasonable prices and a comfortable atmosphere. as Schleswig-Holsteiner often draws us and likes to dänemark and this will be our new Burger address.
