They have the best falafel in the area. They have a variety of other Middle Eastern dishes. They don't have indoor dining during the pandemic but this is a great place to go to take out. The staff are very friendly. This is in Albany institution.

Tucked away on Washington Avenue is Mamoun's Falafel, a real find for authentic Mediterranean cuisine in central Albany. I ordered the combination platter and a Turkish coffee to go. Such good falafel. And. the babaganosh is like nothing I have ever had before. So amazing. Definitely recommend.

Great vegetarian options. Amazing falafel and hummus. So much better than the store bought stuff. And the staff is very nice. Good food for a good price.

1st time. Friendly folks, but Pita sandwiches NOT good, especially the Kofta Kebob, and neither were grape leaves. Maybe a fluke, but it was rough
