Pizza Hut - 6th Cross Road

Mr. Alex prepared my pizza perfectly and it was delicious. He also provided us with an authentic pizza made by him. There was a mishap with the pizza we ordered from Pizza Hut, but Mr. Alex went above and beyond to rectify the situation by coming back and providing us with complimentary volcano desserts. I believe the mistake was due to a problem with your Kitchen Order Ticketing system, and your management should address this issue to improve communication. As someone in the same industry, I suggest making necessary improvements. Thank you, Mr. Alex, for your outstanding service and for making my day.

This Pizza Hut location is excellent. The seating and ambiance are nice, and the pizzas are fresh. A must-visit spot for pizza lovers.

Pizza Hut is known for their delicious pizzas, and the ones at this location do not disappoint. The main issue is the limited seating, so be sure to call ahead to reserve a table. The service is decent, but be mindful of ordering multiple items at once as they may all arrive together. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged for tomato ketchup sachets. The food was okay overall, and for a meal consisting of personal pizzas, garlic bread, drinks, and dessert, the total bill came to around 900 rupees including taxes.

It's Pizza Hut. So the pizzas are good. The only issue is, if you are planning to sit and eat there, you might REALLY want to check if you can call and reserve a table. If I remember correctly, there are about 5 tables in that place, which perhaps means the shop won't be able to seat more than 15 people (some tables are only 2 seaters)Service is fine. We made a mistake of ordering garlic breads, pizza, and desserts at the same time, with the result that all the items arrived together! Though being Pizza Hut, I cannot imagine if there's any other way of ordering food so it comes in the right order!One more thing. The guys in that shop charged me for Tomato Ketchup sachets. @ 1 rupee per sachet, it is not expensive. However, for a rich, giant food chain like Pizza Hut it is just extremely cheap and to a certain extent disgusting!Food was okay. For 1 x veg + 1 x Non veg personal pizzas, 1 garlic bread exotica, 2 x pepsi 600 ml bottles, and 1 x Chocolate Mousse, we paid about 900+ (including taxes)

We enjoyed a quick bite here and were happy with the quality and service. The pizza hut taste was maintained and service was prompt.
