Also within walking distance 300 350m from the hotel to the nearest subway station and Sapporo Shiden (tram). Also quite quiet location as it’s not located along the main road. 2) The hotel despite its small size was quite comfortable and have room to accommodate 5 of us two super single bed, one bunk bed and one sofa. However luggage space might be limited to one has to be creative. 3) They provide the most comfortable pajamas that we’ve ever worn during Hokkaido trip. 4) The service team was helpful to help us book restaurants that we wanted to go, as well as booking taxi. 5) 10th floor is where their Bag Ignis is located … free flow of wine and drinks for guests from 5pm until 6.30pm everyday. Hot food (chargeable) also provided. 6) Breakfast in the form of Soup of The Day, French bread, butter and small pack of apple/orange juice… all delivered to your room’s doorstep in steel basket. Big eater may find it insufficient and have to eat outside.. any extra food can be ordered via their online website at extra cost (of course). We found it quite difficult to eat together because of the limited space in the room. 7) Convenience stores are always around the corner but need a few minutes walk.
Our second time in Unwind and we have enjoyed our stay. Nice and very hospital hotel with free wine tasting in the bar every evening, good breakfast in room service with tasty soups and very friendly service. Rooms and furnishing are a little bit outdated but they fit to the entire atmosphere of the hotel. See you next time Unwind Team
It's our 1st time staying at Unwind Sapporo. We stayed for 1 night, 24th Jan 25th Jan 2023. It's a small, warm and cosy hotel with very friendly and accommodative staffs. Rooms are small but it's expected in most hotels in Sapporo. The entire property is very clean and looks like its been newly renovated. We had to change our room to a Family Suite in order to accommodate our 3 large luggages! Although for a family of 3, the Twin bed bedroom would be enough. The room is cosy comes with a kitchen area and a cute whistling kettle! : Room comes with breakfast, which was really good. Breakfast was brought up and placed outside the door. Our breakfast that morning was Corn Potage with vegetables and potatoes, served with french bread and juices. It was so yummy! : The Bar upstairs is a nice area. Wish we had more time to enjoy the Bar and couple of drinks. As for location, it's about 10 minutes by taxi to Sapporo Station. We wish we stayed a few more days to explore this little cosy hotel!
The staff is beautiful and polite and they made use of every space in the room despite being a bit small.
A lovely spot, soul warming fire, excellent little rooftop bar with friendly staff pouring a great whisky
