I'm very satisfied!! I tried the Butatama Modern and the popular menu item, Kashiwa Yaki! The Kashiwa Yaki had a strong garlic flavor, the sauce was excellent, and it paired perfectly with beer! Ah, so satisfying!! I went right when the restaurant opened, and I could hear other customers ordering, and almost everyone was ordering the Kashiwa Yaki! Thank you for the meal! The service from the staff was also good.

I went there after 1pm, and there were about 4 groups waiting. Since I was alone, I was seated at the counter and ordered pork okonomiyaki and grilled chicken. They were cooking for dine-in and takeout, so I had to wait a bit, but it was worth it to see the skillful chefs making nicely shaped okonomiyaki. The pork okonomiyaki was filled with plenty of pork and was really delicious and fluffy inside. The grilled chicken was cooked just right and also tasty. The staff at the restaurant were friendly as well. I understand why this place is so popular.

The food was delicious. It seemed crowded, so we entered and tried to sit at an empty seat, but were stopped by customers waiting to be seated. This was a bit confusing. If there had been a sign at the entrance, it would have been rated five stars. We had grilled chicken, mixed egg noodles, and pork and egg modern style.

夕方オープンを待って入りホルモン焼き、生ビールで豚玉を注文。 座敷3組、テーブル席2組で後カウンターで満席。夕方5時に入って正解。 テイクアウトも人気。
