As usual, I had lunch near my workplace. This time, I arrived a bit early so I was the first customer when the restaurant opened and there was no one else there.

This is a ramen shop located inside the Chikugo Fish Market. It faces the road, but you can only see the back side of all the shops inside the market, so you wouldn't notice there is a shop unless you go inside the market. There are two ramen shops inside this shop, but this one specializes in miso ramen. They also have set meals, but I tried the regular miso ramen and it was quite delicious.

I went to a shop specializing in miso ramen located in a fish market with my son. It was my first time visiting, and I was excited to try miso ramen as I don't usually have the opportunity to eat it. I ordered extra bean sprout toppings! My son had the moon-viewing miso ramen, gyoza, and fried rice. After placing our order, I noticed on the menu that you could change the noodles to champon men, but I missed the timing, so I will try that next time. The taste was incredibly delicious! The soup was rich and flavorful from the first bite, and I was able to finish about half of it. The female staff at the restaurant were also very friendly and had a great atmosphere.
