I discovered a ramen restaurant on SNS. It was a weekday afternoon, located along a national highway with plenty of parking. The restaurant had about half of its seating occupied, with many customers appearing to be office workers or laborers. I tried the negi miso ramen, which had thin curly noodles similar to Nagahama ramen and a rich miso soup. It was incredibly delicious. I decided to change things up halfway through and tried adding some free kimchi, spicy miso, and extra garlic, which also tasted delicious. Although it's a bit far, I would like to visit this restaurant again.

I had the soy sauce ramen with extra seaweed. It had a gentle flavor that was delicious and not boring. I added some chili oil, garlic, and pepper halfway through for a common flavor change and finished everything. Thank you for the meal.
