うどんの Yuán Lè

This is a self-service udon restaurant. It may be similar to the Marugame Seimen system. You order your favorite udon, pick side dishes, pay at the counter, and then find a seat. Even though it was early October, the weather was still warm enough to break a sweat, so I ordered the "special large" zaru udon with tempura. The portion of the special large zaru udon was slightly smaller than I had imagined, but the taste was wonderful. The noodles were slightly firm, with a great texture and smooth surface. The dipping sauce had a slightly sweet taste that did not overpower the flavor of the wheat, and it was very delicious. Unfortunately, the tempura seemed to have been fried for a while, as it was slightly tough and had a heavy texture. It would be better if it was served fresh on top of hot udon. Nonetheless, this udon restaurant ranks high in my book, and I would definitely love to visit it again if I'm in the area. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.

I ordered udon noodles first and received them. This restaurant has a self-service style where you can also help yourself to tempura and rice dishes, similar to a Sanuki udon shop. The noodles had a great chewiness and a lovely aroma of wheat, very delicious. The tempura toppings were larger than those of a certain chain store and very satisfying to eat. Although the opening hours are short, I will definitely return when I am nearby.

二度目の訪問で、前回気になった肉うどんの並を注文しました。 麺はもっちりコシもあって好みです。ツユも出汁が効いていてこれもおいしい。 難点は他のセルフうどん店と比較してちょっとだけお値段高めのところと、営業が昼だけってこと。 天ぷらは種類もしっかりあってこちらは値段がリーズナブル。今回はシイタケ天80円をいただきました。ほぼ揚げたてで美味しかったです。 店員さんの応対も良い感じで、たまに行きたくなるお店だと思います。

うどんの種類がたくさんある！学割もあって、安くなってびっくりした。食べ盛りの子供を応援してくれる良心的なお店。 うどんも美味しい。
