The burger and the curry were delicious and quite filling. A only minus point is that the place is really small and only has a few seats. Fully vegan according to the owner. Opening hours of the owner confirmed on 28. May 2023: Open 11am-4pm Wednesday to Sunday (closed on Monday and Tuesday We tried both the Vege Curry and Vege Burger, Chai and Latte with soy milk. Everything was delicious. The little bites (Pickkled Veggies etc., which came on the side, were so delicious. The café is conveniently located on the bus line directly opposite the cemetery, so a good place to eat and relax before or after a walk in the magical cemetery. As others mentioned, the café has limited seating. We sat outside by choice (no other one was in the café at the time that was beautiful. It is also operated by a person, the owner, so if it is busy, it could take some time to get your food. But waiting is worth it! Only complaint is that it is a little expensive and food can come slowly. Only cash.
Amazing vegan burgers and curry served by the sweetest café owner. She is vegan and makes her own soy milk for the cappuccinos at the end of the meal (together with one of her incredible vegan scones!! With our family of four.
Didn’t actually get to eat here- went by and it was closed Monday lunchtime. No posted hours- but clearly the hours on Happy Cow are wrong. Maybe next time someone eats there they can ask for the correct hours and update it.
