Dà ān Shí Táng - 新ひだか町

I finally went to Daian Shokudo, a restaurant that I had been curious about for a while. It had the atmosphere of an old-fashioned diner, and even though it was before lunchtime, the cozy interior was bustling with a few customers. I ordered the katsu curry from the menu. The curry and the katsu were both delicious, and I could imagine that the katsudon would be tasty as well. They also had other menu items like ramen that I would like to try. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it's clear that the regular customers love this place.

This is a down-to-earth diner that looks like it could be featured on a late-night TV show. The small restaurant has only a counter and tatami seating, and seems to be run by a mother and daughter. I ordered the vegetable stir-fry set without knowing what was recommended. The amount of rice was a bit small, but the volume of vegetables was good. Personally, I liked the flavor, but the sweetness of the seasoning may not be to everyone's taste. As I was eating, more and more customers arrived, but the turnover was fast so I didn't have to wait long. Some customers were chatting happily with the daughter-like person (which seems to be the key to the shop's longevity). I later learned that the mother, born in Shizunai, has been running a long-standing diner since she was young. I left hoping that this local diner will continue to thrive for a long time. There is no sign, but there is a shared parking lot across the street from the shop.

The food is delicious, I want to try all the menu items. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very pleasant. It really is tasty.

友達が古い雑誌を見てこちらのお店を見つけました。丁度静内に行く予定があったので是非と伺いましたよ。 カツカレーが人気で、なかなかのボリュームでカツの揚がり方も正油ラーメンを頼んだの人のを味見スープの透明感にビックリ味も美味しかったです次回にはラーメンも食べてみたいです。

カツカレー　900円 カレーソースは少しゆるめかな、好みもあるのでこれはこれで。 食事中5組位他のお客さんが来たけどカツカレー率高かったです。
