Wèi の Diàn ラーメン Xiáng Wū

I visited this restaurant on a weekday afternoon. The interior is not very spacious, with three counter seats and a rectangular table that seats six people with a divider in the middle to make it feel like a counter. There are also a few four-person tables and two two-person tables. There are benches outside the restaurant for waiting customers. The miso ramen looked delicious and hot, but since I had plans to meet someone later and couldn't add garlic, I decided to try the Chinese noodles with rice and dumplings set instead. Even at this time of the day, customers were coming in steadily. There was garlic available on the table to crush and add to the noodles, which I would love to do next time. The ramen arrived shortly after I ordered. As soon as I tried the soup, I could tell it was a flavorful and delicious ramen. Sometimes when you order something different from the main menu, it can be hit or miss, but the ramen here was really good. It definitely shows that they have skills beyond just miso flavor. A small bowl of rice and a serving of five dumplings arrived next. I noticed that the dumplings were smaller in size compared to their wrappers. But the sauce that came with them was really tasty. I left feeling quite full and satisfied.

I visited around 1:00 pm on a weekday based on a recommendation from a colleague. There were 4 customers ahead of me, so I ordered the grilled miso ramen for 850 yen that I was interested in. After waiting for a few minutes, the noodles arrived. The presentation was neat, and when I took a sip of the soup, the hot soup blended perfectly with the spicy miso, making it quite delicious. I added extra garlic, which added depth to the flavor and made it even more delicious, so I added another two cloves of garlic to make it to my liking. The only downside was that there were no tissues on the table, and the only place to get them was in front of the cash register, making it a bit inconvenient to eat. Also, there was no cover for the garlic on the table, so the soup splashed around... for the sake of COVID-19 prevention, I think a cover for the garlic is necessary. The taste is 5 stars, but the lack of tissues and garlic cover brings it down to 4 stars. The taste is really delicious, so I highly recommend it to those who love miso ramen and garlic.

I randomly stumbled upon this restaurant, but what a find! I ordered the recommended miso ramen. The bowl was heated and the soup was piping hot. The broth, made with raw garlic and spicy miso, paired perfectly with the noodles. It was close to 2 o'clock but the place was bustling.

個人的に、味噌ラーメンの最高峰と言っていいレベルです。スープのコクと旨味しかり、麺と野菜のバランスしかり、言うことありません。キクラゲのアクセントもまた良き！ 特に、ニンニク好きには堪らない一品でしょう。ガツンと胃袋を掴まれます。見ての通り、炙りニンニクがすでに投入されていますが、それに生ニンニクを絞って入れたらもう、、、感情昂るばかりです。 ただ常連客の皆さんは塩だったり、その他のメニューを注文している方が多かったので、再訪した際はチャレンジしてみたいと思いつつ、また味噌を頼んでしまうだろうなと思う自分がいます。
