On a Saturday in January, around 12:15, I entered again. There were about 15 cars in the parking lot. Would there be a wait? I entered to find only one group inside. I sat at a table and ordered the same "hitashi soba" as last time. This time, I changed my eating style and first plunged the tempura into the broth! I ate it while intertwining the softened tempura with the soba. Oh, the sweetness increased. But in the end, I had leftover wasabi and thought, "Oops!" Oh well. As I left, the restaurant was full as it was last time.
I visited this restaurant for the first time on my way back from buying apples in Yaita on Tuesday. My wife had udon for lunch, while I had soba noodles. The broth was to my liking and I was satisfied, but I was a little disappointed that there was less soba than the mini rice bowl. The soba was very delicious, so I plan to try the cold soba noodles next time.
矢板という知らない土地に来て、ランチをどこで食べようか迷ってこちらを発見。 11:30でまだ開店したばかりなのにお客さんがちらほら。自分達が座った途端満席になる勢いで更にお客さんが入ってきてここは当たりだと確信。 旦那がAセットの天丼ランチ 天丼+ざるそば+サラダ+漬物+ひじきの漬物+蕎麦粉のデザート)950円 私が大根ざるそば850円を注文。 蕎麦はうどんのようにもちもちで食感に驚。 天丼は程よい甘さで次!次!と口に進む。 漬物もしょっぱすぎず、箸休めにピッタリ。 デザートは抹茶寒天。ふんわりと蕎麦の香りがしてほっと一息。 店員さんはフレンドリーなおばちゃんばかりで「ちょっと待ってて」とまるで知り合いの如く対応されるが全く嫌な気はせず、実家に帰ってきた気分に。 何を取っても最高なお店でした! せひまた来たいと思います!
