かいかん Shí Táng - 対馬市

This is a restaurant famous for its large portions. While the set meals were average, the rice bowls and rice dishes were substantial in volume. The taste is also good, so if you're not looking for a fancy atmosphere, Kaikan Shokudo is recommended. The owner of the restaurant also treated the children kindly, so it was very cozy. I hope you will try it when you visit Hita.

I tried the famous Tonkatsu set meal! The flavor was rich with plenty of meat and vegetables, very satisfying. Despite the rich flavor, the spicy kick of shichimi added a nice accent and made the rice go down easily (I had seconds). The staff were very friendly and made me want to come back to this restaurant again! I saw other customers enjoying the Champon noodles, which looked delicious and generous in portion size. I will definitely be back!

This restaurant serves generous portions even in the regular size. The food is delicious and you'll find yourself finishing it in no time, but be careful when ordering the large size.
