I tried the extra-oily ramen and it was delicious. By the way, the onion chow mein is also tasty. I added the miso ramen too. It was a bit salty, but still tasty. Next time, I might try the oil-drenched noodles. It's been about 4 years since I last visited. I remember it being a new establishment back then. After trying this place in Morioka, I hoped they would open one in Sanriku, and they did in Kūji. I've been there a few times since then. It's delicious. I like it. It's inspired by the Rāmen series, but I prefer this one. There's a note in the third photo that it's good for your health, so I'm sure it's a healthy ramen. It's sure to make you strong. Finishing it was delicious as always. Thank you for the meal.
I ordered the Shoyu Goumen Chuu. If you like Jiro-style inspired ramen, you will be quite satisfied. The noodles are not extremely thick, but rather normal in thickness. The taste is somewhat different from Jiro-inspired ramen, but it was still delicious in its own way. The service was unexpectedly fast, and this restaurant has become one I would like to visit again. The portion of noodles was probably around 170-180g, so for big eaters, the Dai size might be better. The chashu was a bit tough, so I felt that it would be better to slice it thinner and increase the number of slices served. P.S. The reason for the lower rating than expected may be due to the fact that these inspired flavors are common and established in urban areas, where the customer base is more diverse. However, in rural areas with fewer young people, there tend to be more negative reviews from older customers who find the flavors "too strong" or "greasy."
