The sauce was thick, or rather I should say it was not watery but rather thick and sticky, almost like pudding. The taste was light and delicious. Since I ordered a large portion, I added some sauce and pepper halfway through to change the taste, but I thought it might be nice to have some vinegar or mustard as well. Based on the taste of the Ankake yakisoba, I thought the Champon looked delicious too, so I will try that next time.
This is an old restaurant with a specialty dish of ankake yakisoba. The sauce is thick and really sticks to the noodles, making it a bit difficult to eat with chopsticks. However, I think the flavor and price are very good. The portion size is also quite generous, even when ordered as a single dish.
Located on Benten Street in Kobayashi. It is right across from Raizai Ken. The interior has a nostalgic old coffee shop feel. The noodles are fried and topped with a generous amount of hot sauce. It is packed with vegetables and can be eaten hot and refreshing.
