I missed Vietnamese food and today night ph. yum, so happy that I found viet van. by the way, ph-aliphatic is really good for calder.

The Vietnamese dishes at this restaurant are excellently crafted, with fresh and vibrant ingredients. The venue itself exudes style and charm, with a retro soundtrack of 70s and 80s American music playing in the background. Most of the dishes are creatively presented in a converted Volkswagen van, adding to the unique atmosphere. In addition to the food, there is also a bar and a sit-down restaurant inside. I would definitely return for another meal here.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere and welcoming hospitality of owners Christine and Russell. The crispy pork mi, served with a light baguette and fresh ingredients, was delicious. The cocktails were also fantastic, with my favorite being the yuzu daiquiri.

From now on, Vietnamese cuisine is my favorite food! I have been back twice because it was so incredibly good. All the ingredients are fresh and the flavor is a perfect 10/10.
