Gardenkitchenます Jiā - 雫石町

I visited for the first time. I wonder if the vegetables were made with organic vegetables grown without pesticides. The salad was so delicious that I wanted to eat it again. The lunch was cheap and surprised to see that drinks were also included in the set at a discount. There were many choices, but I chose tea. The cozy mountain hut style was also a big plus. I want to come back again. The highlight of the meal was the sunny-side-up hamburger, with a thick patty that had a runny egg topping that was amazing when mixed with the sauce. The hamburger sauce was too delicious. The amount of rice was reasonable so I didn't overeat, which was good. There were plenty of side dishes in small plates, so it was perfect for me, who loves one-plate lunches. Even the cold tea was oddly delicious. I will come back because I want to eat more.

Second visit. Last time, it was very crowded, and there were plenty of seats as it was before the pandemic. It was clear that it was a very popular restaurant. This time, the number of seats had decreased, and each seat was separated by individual acrylic panels, which was perfect for infection prevention. Since we arrived at a time slightly off from lunch hours, the restaurant was moderately busy, and we were able to enjoy our meal in peace. The salad came first, giving us time to enjoy it and order drinks before the main dishes arrived. The Carbonara was very rich and creamy, with plenty of sauce, and delicious! The fluffy omelette rice came with a bottle of ketchup for us to add as much as we wanted. A service that would be very much appreciated by ketchup lovers! It was very nice that the drinks were cheaper when ordering lunch. There are still menu items that we are curious about, so we would like to visit again.

I went for lunch! The interior of the restaurant is stylish and the food is delicious. It seems they also have their own farm, as the vegetables are fresh and tasty. I definitely want to go again!
