The atmosphere was fantastic and the band kept everyone on their feet, dancing to a mix of old and new songs. Guinness was the drink of choice and the bar was constantly busy. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to order any food, but maybe next time. It was a fun and lively night that I highly recommend. I'm definitely feeling the effects today.
I liked the beef and gravy from the Sunday roast, but the Yorkshire pudding could have been better.
I visited this restaurant for breakfast for the first time. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The sausage was overcooked and dry, and the bacon was so well done and crispy that it shattered when I tried to cut it with my knife or stick it with my fork. The hash brown had a very crispy shell but was empty on the inside.
Ordered the English Breakfast took 30+ mins to come out and when it did, everything was room temperature. It was mostly cooked though which means the chef's timing was terribly off, or, these items are pre cooked and selected from trays that are sitting out in the kitchen. Either way it wasn't pleasant to eat. The eggs however were undercooked there was a considerable layer of raw white on the top of the egg. Staff on the other hand were very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful place to see ufc with friends on Sunday morning. friendly staff and great breakfast.
