It was a addictive ramen with a light taste that gradually brought out the umami. Next time, I think I'll try the soy sauce flavor. The crispy texture of the fried kelp was also irresistible.
The food is delicious. The only downside is that the owner is not wearing a mask during the current pandemic. It can be concerning to eat at the counter. The staff who help out are wearing masks. The broth made from kombu is excellent. I have only tried the miso ramen, so I will challenge myself to try other ramen dishes next time.
I tried the Cantonese noodles in September 2020. The sauce was to my liking. It was delicious.
広東麺が好きで何時も同じメニューにしてしまう！ 子供をつれていくので子供が騒いでしまうんですが嫌な顔をしないところがまた良いですね
気持ちイイ塩加減 味噌ラーメンを何時も食べます！少し塩加減が多い感じもしますが、疲れた時は、なぜかイイ感じでスプーも飲めます！美味しいですよ
