I enjoyed the service lunch at this restaurant. I got the Stamina Don and a regular ramen set for 850 yen, which I think is a good deal with coffee included. The food was quite delicious.

Lunch during a work trip to Niimi for 880 yen - Ramen fried rice set. A restaurant loved by the locals. I slurped the ramen and devoured the fried rice in a comfortable atmosphere.

Mapo tofu rice bowl and ramen set with fried gyoza (with self-service) for 850 yen was light yet rich in flavor, with just the right amount of saltiness, and the soup was so good I drank it all up. The noodles were straight and you could adjust the firmness. The mapo tofu wasn't very spicy but had a perfect balance of flavors, making it easy to eat and delicious. The fried gyoza was also satisfying. Thank you for the meal. By the way, it seems you can also adjust the amount of rice. I used to eat only strong flavored foods, but because I have a weak stomach, I have recently come back to ramen that is closer to the basics. The owner told me enthusiastically that he had once been the national champion in paragliding in 2013. They had also invested in technology such as thermography for COVID-19 prevention measures.
