ān Dá Wū そば Diàn - 白石市

I enjoyed my meal here. It's a small restaurant, so it might be necessary to sit at a sunken kotatsu table. It seems to be popular among locals and there are regular customers who make it lively. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat there last week on March 12th because they had finished their lunch service. I saw a notice that they will be closing at the end of March. I want to eat there before they close, so I will be back soon.

I went to try the local specialty hot noodles, U-men. I didn't have high expectations because it was an old-fashioned restaurant, but the price was reasonable and the food was delicious. I had the set meal with pork cutlet, and the tempura portion was generous. If I come here again in the future, I would like to try the tempura hot noodles. The tables and tatami mats are both set up for four people, but they are small. It's just right for two people to sit comfortably. The restroom is in a peculiar location, but it's not too old and has a washlet.

The restaurant may be old and the service may be bad, but the tempura and soba are great. Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5. They also have parking for two cars!
