Choice of chicken, pork, tofu or vegetable, cooked with rice, egg, garlic, yellow onion, tomato, green onion, lime, cucumber.

Thailands tastiest mince: chicken, pork or beef prepared with garlic, lemon grass, lime juice, crushed roasted chili, shallot, coriander, green onion, ground roasted, rice and mint. Served in purple cabbage with a scoop of Thai jasmine rice.

4. Pad Kra Paow

Minced chicken, pork, beef or tofu, garlic, baby chili, yellow onion, red pepper, holy basil, soy and fish sauce. Served with jasmine rice. Recommended with fried egg.

2. Kao Kha Muu

Pork hock braised in 5 spices for 5 hours. Falls of the bone. With Asian kale and pickled mustard. Served with jasmine rice.

8. Green Gai Curry

Coconut milk, shallots, freshly made green curry paste, green birds eye chilies, roasted cumin, shrimp paste, Thai basil, kaffir lime leafs, bamboo, chicken. Served with a side of jasmine rice.
