We did not have a good experience. The location is convenient but the service/quality of room was worse than expected. Room outdated, Mini bar did not work, stained carpet in the room, no manual to use the safe box, dirty bath mat and chipped bathtub, No way to adjust the temperature (it was too hot) Extra blanket ordered via QR code wishes service never arrived. After 8:00 is impossible to sleep due loud noises in the building, It seemed like people were throwing things or slamming doors. Mean staff at the bar. A nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. The people who work there do everything they can to make you happy. Beautiful building. Good location, right next to the train station and the city center can be reached by bike in 2 minutes. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms: Clean, a bit small for 2 people with two large suitcases Nearby activities: Beautiful city center with lots of places to stop for refreshments and cute shops for shopping. Nice hotel with a nice room, a restaurant with beautiful, delicious dishes and great service and a cozy grand café for a nice drink. The breakfast is very extensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the station and the center of Zwolle. Our expectations have really been exceeded, thanks for the good care!
