I tried food at Tessinerplatz next to Enge Station. At first a bit surprised as there is no meat every day and the menu always changes. As soon as I learned, the concept Nofoodwaste made it “aha”. The dishes themselves are very delicious, I never had cabbage or... Turnip so delicious. You are looking for food that would normally be wasted as it does not look nice enough, you know the small carrot or the funky looking potato. I hope they will offer a greater variety in the future. The ginger shot is quite spicy, be aware.

Love her food wheel! Besides their wonderful philosophy to use vegetables and fruits that would normally be thrown away, their meals are always super delicious!
