Applebee's - Zion

The service at this restaurant was very poor. We have visited multiple times before and the service was always excellent. However, regardless of the time or day of the week, the service was inconsistent. Last week, we went for dinner on a Tuesday night and were seated immediately. We noticed that other couples near us were greeted by a server and offered drinks, but we were completely ignored. After waiting for 20 minutes without any service, we decided to leave. I will not be returning to Applebee's again.

However, other couples around us were greeted by servers and had their drinks delivered while we were completely ignored. After waiting 20 minutes without any interaction with a server, we decided to leave. I do not plan on dining at this Applebee's again.

I stoppedby for a appetizers and their steak dinners a lot. I haven't had any problems with servers. Like today Charlie's been here four times...

My waitress, Kinice, did a great job with everything. I can't think of much else to say besides everything was good. I enjoyed my chicken fingers...

Great service at a great price! The restaurant was clean, service was excellent and it was convenient.
