Žilinská Kozlovna - Zilina

Like me, I don't understand where the problem happened (maybe in 1992), but according to the reviews here, everyone is either a liar or a friend of the operator. Service I understand that they have a relatively large amount (I don't understand why they have such capacities), but waiting for food for an hour when they forgot about the soup seems like a lot to me, sorry. Food very average, rather below average. The chef absolutely did not master the preparation of burgers. Meat, bun and fries everything was at a different temperature. The salt did not touch the fries (it is poorly salted) and the BBQ sauce from Albert without comment. Atmosphere I don't know, it's hard to influence who in the garden, so I can't rate it. The interior looked decent. The only thing I wouldn't fault this company for is the tank beer, but that's probably because it's from the Czech Republic, the rest is a disaster. If this is 4.4 stars by Žilina standards, then about 2.1 by Brno standards, and I am comparing that with the worst of our cities. Compared to the quality at Štrbské pleso, in terms of service and food preparation, this establishment is severely lacking. I don't recommend it, prefer Mekáč to D1. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
