I think tonight was the last straw for me. There were 3 different employees, on 2 different shifts, that were overly rude and treated the customer with disregard and the level of disrespectful from the last 2 had me bite my tongue.During dinner time, I purchased a sandwich that was a shorty, and I had a coupon the redeem. At the register I had her scan my coupon and it did not take off the $2. I asked about it and as though I was bothering her for doing her job, with attitude, she huffed and said you got the wrong sandwich, your total again is..... Bad day, I let it go.During the midnight shift, I was at the store with a friend who went in the bathroom. I stood off to the side to wait for her and the female worker yelled across the store to the male worker...whats that guy waiting for? Neither came to me and asked if I needed help or what I was waiting for. My friend came out and as we walked out I said the male employee, I was wait for someone in the bathroom. He responded saying, oh, well we didn't know what you were doing, and I said..nor did either of you ask. As we left the store, he began laughing and yelled from the food area to the front counter to the female employee and said, look and head nodded towards us walking out the door. My friend was upset by such disrespect.The way I was treated is making me re-evaluate the company's value for its customers. As an employee owned company expect more from the employees. I would rather pay for my coffee on Tuesday somewhere else, that get a free coffee and be disrespected.
Do not go to the evenings I always go to the morning's great service I went to the evening young black girls eating totally disrespectful to do, even told their co-worker I don't care; why do they work there? I waited 15 to eat after they all made online / Door Dash orders made us wait and just rude I have complained mainly to do this worker I had a refund lol
Terrible. I'm sorry I had to give a star. dirty, slow and rude. at least 4 employees where they only talk the sandwiches, don't work, while 6-7 customers wait. the manager speaks directly with them of registers, as more customers wait to check. I understand the shortage of employees now, but the management should at least take care of it. the wawa at 54 and bbd is so much better called.
Always a good, fast, friendly customer experience here! nikki, however, killed it today on the soakable, as she brought in many drinks orders and asked customers for help. she has done every task quickly with great customer service! many thanks for a great coffee
This place is horrible. They have horrible customer service. They won’t talk to you even if multiple people look at you no one will talk to you. I’m tired of being ignored. I really hate when my food is ready and sitting in front of me and I can’t grab it until someone talks to me. My drinks melt my food gets cold. And if I say something to any of the workers they snap at me like I’m an inconvenience. I get that they are busy or might be doing something some of the times but customer service will go a long way.
