Taco Bell - Zephyrhills West

I ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos and they were ice cold. The potatoes were hard and old. Such a simple order to not be right.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in years, and was wondering what has changed. The order only on touch screens is dismal at best. The personal service by the wayside. Need something like sour cream, back to the touch screen to do the whole process over. I would hate to be here during lunch rush, just two screens offered and what if one glitches!!?? The food quality has not changed and our booth was clean. The parking lot was clear of litter , the restroom presentable.

We stopped at 8pm. Placed order and it took 20mins to get food. Plus it was haphazardly assembled so the topping were all in one spot.

Called in my order online when I got there. I had to wait. The service was still slow, but they were getting a little faster than they used to be.
