Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just watched the toothless woman with short hair dumping the rice from a large bowl to a smaller serving container the rice fell out so fast it bounce off her stomach/apron into the serving container.No soap in the dispenser in the bathroom, you could tell that it’s been empty for a while because completely dry, the hand sanitizer also empty. You know they’re not washing their hands.

Very rude store manager and know food ready at noon.

This is the worst Chipotle! They are always out of dressing for the salad, you can't order a quesadilla inside, you can only order it on the app to go, chips were stale. Their customer service is terrible!

This location makes all Chipotle’s look bad! Staff side talks and never has fresh food ready!!! Inconsistent portions! Burnt food no rice no beans. When you spend money to eat out it should be hot FRESH and with a smile! New management and staff is needed!!!! They also need to wash their hands more and clean the line! Clean the guest area the bathrooms the drink area! Not coming to this location anymore!!!

We've given this location enough chances and won't be back since it never seems to improve. Only protein option at 8pm on a Saturday was chicken because they were out. Out of shredded cheese, pico, all teas/juices. Dining area was littered with food and trash on floor. Trash bins overflowing. Employees look miserable and said they are always out of stuff and to call corporate.
