Ihop - Zapopan

This is the worse franchise ever the food is not good lacks of quality the services is terrible the manager does not how to resolve he problems and he does not provide a solution he is useless don't waste your time coming here I warning you please don't come

This is potentially the worst ihop from the US based chain. The place was dirty, the coffee tasted like a weird warm brown beverage nothing like a cup of coffee should taste like and the food apart from being poorly served, was simply bad. Hashbrown was burned, eggs overcooked same as the bacon. The restroom was disgustingly dirty and the service poor, very poor. I only wish I had been a mistery shopper so I could bad rate this place. Where are the franchise stantards?!?!?
