The ladies here were friendly and accommodating. Out of all the items we ordered, my favorites were the pork and chicken satay and basil chicken. A definite must try when in this area.
A great no-fuss Asian food shop with indoor and al fresco option. Very friendly all female crew of native Thai origin. We had a chicken satay which is not a Thai dish but more Indonesian of course but because it is so popular here anywhere in Netherlands. The meat was great, tender and quite chunky. The peanut sauce is kind of the standard smooth coconut milk-infused ones that tastes same as the next shop, probably from commercial bottled ones. The Tom yum soup with shrimp has a good amount of heat and tartness, but strangely made slightly creamy with dairy milk. Perhaps you may like to check if they can also do a clear one without the milk if you are more familiar with that version. Otherwise the taste is quite authentically tom yum. We also had a yellow coconut curry with pork tenderloin slices called Massaman Moe. This is a sweet curry and very creamy, a pretty good effort although the commercially packaged coconut milk taste comes through. Overall, a very good effort considering they may not have all the ingredients called for in traditional Thai recipes. I didn't see the usual lemon grass and blue ginger bits in the soup so my guess is that they may be using packaged stocks. My western friend had picked these dishes so I didn't have the chance to try their fish sauce based stir frys, which would definitely make this review more complete. Their portioning is just so generous that we couldn't afford to take in another dish on the table.
