Sonic Drive-in - Yuma

Stopped over after swimming to get a cool treat. We ordered a rootbeer float a Sour Patch shake...great summer swim treat.

I 've just been having nothing but issues as of late every time I 've gone to Sonic. Over the last few weeks to like a month or so I 've been hooked on the slushies and blasts that they have but lately every time I 've tried to order one it 's been like a communication issue that they haven 't been able to hear me. I don 't know why but even when I started to raise my voice it was still an issue however after today I just left mad. I showed up once again to get a Reese 's blast and after pressing the button hearing the worker and say how can I help you and all that, obviously I said what I wanted but then the communication just shut off and I had no clue what happened. I just sat in my car saying hello hello but nothing. The only thing I saw was that little message that said the red button has been pressed and somebody will be with you shortly but after sitting in my car for a little while in this Arizona heat, I just drove away more frustrated and upset.

Ordering 2 five pieces chicken stripes combos and 1 big popcorn huhn drove to sonic on ave b took my order went to home and that's what I got. easyhuh burned, no wobble rings, no tater dead no toast and all that for 27 dollars and some change.

Eating was good, but they had problems finding our prepaid order from the app. I had to show them my handy so they could find it. also have to drive thru . the shadow cover in the parking garage cuts off the phone service.

The food was great, but ordered app for food and they could not find it. I went through and my confirmation for her shows that they find it.
