Portobello Taco Salat is amazing. Good guac, ingenious salsa bar (guacatilla!!! Barbacoa and Tinga chicken rock. Sooo good!!! The Hope Valley is a new location with the bar.

The food was great!!! Great Carne Asada tacos the Verde salsa very tasty the right amount of heat did not know that she moved there Hope Valley location and definitely expands with the fantastic new bar my new goto place for large Mexican foods

Carnitas was great! And all ladies worked friendly and directly on things!

I was brought to Chubby by a friend who grew up after my husband in Durham and I went to the area. It is officially our favoritetaco hack in the triangle. And don't let yourself be eaten by the description of the tack, which has not gone into ambience and decor. Your Barbacoa alone would let me come back, never forget the Carnitas, the Guac, the Chicken, etc.

The taco salad is massive...loaded! Simply delicious!
