Papa Johns Pizza - Yuba City

This is the best pizza I've ever had! It's amazing! All the toppings are so delicious, it tastes just like the homemade Italian food my mother used to make when we were kids. I grew up in a traditional Italian household, so I really know Italian cuisine when I taste it! Papa John's definitely takes the win!

I ordered a New York pizza, and the delivery was impressively quick. The pizza itself was perfect, and the customer service was outstanding when I placed my order. The delivery driver was incredibly friendly. I'm definitely returning to this pizza place!

The food was good, but the website was quite frustrating. I also didn't have the opportunity to finalize my order. I used a voucher from the buyer, and although it said the transaction was successful, the total didn't match. If I had used one of those vouchers, I would have called to place my order instead.

The pizza is good for the price you pay. I absolutely hate the phone system. When I call to order, I get someone in a call center. I'd rather call and talk to someone in the restaurant.

I ordered my pizzas at 1:15pm and was to be delivered by 4:15. The driver was over 20 minutes late. And when I called the store all they could say was sorry. The only plus side was atleast my food was still warm I did a call from the owner did give me a personal call back and he was awesome to work with and friendly an was willing to correct things. The owner lived up to most of his deal. He said I quote. You next order is on us that being said was my entire order was supposed to be on the house. In stead they only want to cover what the original order was and the difference was only 17.95. If it was me i would have held my word on my deal.
