Wooffles & Cream - York

So finally gave this place a try and glad I did! I’ve tried many waffle places in HK but never had the pleasure of trying it in Canada. Let me say, Wooffles delivers great tasty soft serve tried the black and white sesame waffle with there special today, Thai milk tea and vanilla swirl. The waffle is made in front of you and it has the right balance of crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. The Thai milk tea had a really strong flavor come through which was perfect with the vanilla swirl. Definitely will be back to try their other waffles and soft serve ice cream flavors. So why the 4 stars...still thought it was a bit expensive for what you get for $8 (taxes in).

This is one of our favourite places to go for egg waffles. It is located in a food court, but do not let that deter you! The ladies who runs this business are friendly and works so hard! They appear to always be the ones behind the counter. Our favourite go-to is the sesame egg waffles with vanilla ice cream. Sometimes, we get the matcha ice cream and the combination of flavours are to die for! Warm, toasty egg waffle bites with creamy ice cream! Win-win!

My wife and I wanted to visit this cute dessert stop after seeing it's attention on Instagram. We definitely enjoyed the Woofles cream experience. I would encourage friends and family to give it a try. The taste is not different from desserts I've had most places but like I say it's a definite positive experience in couples or groups.

While there are no shortage of options for Chinese egg waffles and ice cream, Wooffles Cream is perhaps the most unique. Sure, their lap cheung and seaweed egg waffles sounds bizzare, but it truly works! Not that the hype has died down a bit, the wait is nowhere near as long as it used to be. I was able to get my order in less than 10 minutes. Worth going to if you are in the area.

As the title says, Wooffles Cream is an interesting twist on two very simple snack options. This mix is excellent as idea and I wouldnt change any bit of it. The service and friendliness is beyond comparison.
