Blue Ocean Cafe - York

Food is good - but the portion of the dishes is not in proportion to the price that you pay. Visit once a while is ok.

Didn't expected good but at least standard services for this kind of cafe, however, the waitress is very inattentive, no eye contact, she place our dish at the edge and run away, very poor services, only one thing good is their HK style tea.

I have been in this restaurant many times and never been disappointed. Food is above average of this type, may not be the best service, but fast. Onlly issue is this place is crowded.

Friendly and attentive staffs. Daily lunch specials include soup and tea. Could get crowded during lunch hours which could extended to 3 pm.

The only thing about this restaurant is the timingSometimes I find service is very slowSo it's very inconsistent.
