Moe's Southwest Grill - York

I love Moe's restaurants as a whole. I frequently go to the one in Reading Lancaster and york. Last night my wife, my son, and I stopped in after hockey games in Washington DC on our way home. There were people in line in front of us. It was 7:45 when we were able to order and they close at 8:00. The one woman worker made it very clear that they closed at 8:00 and we said we understood but we still wanted to order. Two of the workers started getting very snarky and belligerent with us because we still wanted to order. Keep in mind it was still before their closing time. They no longer had several items to put on the tacos and quesadilla like lettuce, tomato, and a couple other things, salsa was put away and the Griddle was turned off so my quesadilla was not fully cooked. We sat down and ate our meal and the workers continued to be unkind to us. We left at 8:15 while they were cleaning up. At the end of the day I'm not upset if people start cleaning up at their closing time while we're there, but please have a full menu and be kind to people and serve them the proper all the way up until you close.

This is my go to for great prices on great food. Love the portions. I hope that does not change.Food: 5/5

I had only ever been there once before...YEARS ago. I wasn't impressed, so I hadn't been back. Today's visit was a completely different experience. Everyone was very friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely go back soon.

York, PA location is the worst of the many Moe's I've been to. The female employees are always snippy and make sure you know they don't have time to serve you. If you ask any employee for a little hot sauce, they smother it. The app clearly asks red or Verde sauce for the chips, but it doesn't matter because they don't give you Any. We ordered 3 tacos, one was supposed to be different, but they were all the same. The cashier is usually nice, otherwise i wouldn't even give them a star

It was a very busy lunch hour so service was very slow. The food was great.
