Scooter's Coffee - Yankee Hill

Pulled up with little over 5 min to close, I ordered a medium turtle latte and when it was handed to me felt a little light. So I waited for the foam to go down to find out it?s less than half full!!! I get that it?s almost close and you wanted to go home but seriously? At least fill it 3/4 or something. Usually have great experiences with the staff and service but this time not impressed.

STOP giving out drinks prior to paying! This location sticks out the tray with coffee prior to paying and I get a bit annoyed since I'm usually ready to pay with my phone and/or have my phone and gift card in my other hand. I think it gives a false impression of a free drink. Also, overselling is bad here. When they were trying to sell the frosted pink cookies, not only did they try at the speaker but once again at the window.

My girl loves their coffee and I get brownie points when I pick her up some coffee and a pastry...so 5? by default of keeping my lady happy.

Everyone is so nice and the coffee is the best in town.
