Maedaya - Yamagata

It was great to feel the return of the mysterious atmosphere. I always eat the Char Siu Ramen at the counter seat, and the volume and taste are just to my liking, but I feel like I might gain weight. The gyoza is also delicious, with a strong garlic flavor. Maedaya's delicious ramen is a hidden gem that only those in the know appreciate. I absolutely love that feeling.

I finally visited a ramen shop that only opens at night and has a high level of difficulty. I was a bit nervous entering based on the reviews, but there were no issues at all on this day. The ramen was delicious as expected, and my university student daughter who came with me was highly impressed! The gyoza was a rare type with a strong pepper flavor. There was also a homemade pickled vegetable served midway through, making it a great dining experience. I would like to try the miso ramen and fried chicken next time. Thank you for the delicious meal! I will definitely come back again!
