Had to sit at high table with other people even though we had an open table reservation. Food was very slow. No one apologized for any inconvenience.

The food- wings, salad and pizza were very good as was the craft, draft beer. Our server was very attentive helpful. Only problem was when we checked in with the hostess she didn't have our reservation and then I think she forgot about us because she seated several groups w/o reservations that came in after us. I spoke up and she wanted to sit us at a table by the door(It was freezing outside) when I refused and got a bit upset they seated us at a table in the back that was open the whole time we were waiting. She also told a group of 4 that arrived after us and said their reservation was also with Open Table that it's better to call. If you are listed with Open Table you need to honor those reservations.

Our server, Karlie, was friendly and professional. Very friendly. The food is always good there. Fresh salads, great pizza sauce and the wings – yes! The food was delivered quickly. Service in the past was just ok. Karlie is a wonderful server and I hope they keep it.
